Marine chants help me get into a jogging zone.
I didn't think of the aerobic challenge they present :)
I should say mine out loud!

My dad taught me this one,
and I have passed it on to my two-year-old:

I want to be a Marine Corps Ranger;
I want to live a life of danger,
like a shark in the sea,
like a snake in the grass,
like a hawk in the sky,
Silent, swift, deadly,
RAHHH!

Moretta

Good grief -- that is an impressive AM walk!
